We posted for a part-time designer because our plate was full. Instead we found Anthony, and four years later we’re still working together.
A dedicated designer and creative director for churches with 1,000+ in weekly attendance.

More campuses, more ministries, more Sundays. The requests keep coming, and the people designing them are already at capacity.
The message deserves better than rushed design.
Most churches hire for hands and end up needing a brain. You get both — someone who’ll tell you what to make, not just make what you ask.
A designer executes the brief. A creative director questions it, shapes it, and makes sure the series, the campaign and the kids ministry all still look like one church.
Requests sit alongside the rest of your team’s work. Files land where you already keep them.
I spent six years on staff at a church of 1,000+. I know what it’s like when Easter is three weeks out and the art isn’t started. That’s why I built Ministry Made.

Three years in and it still feels like the best decision we made. I can send a voice memo, hop on a FaceTime, and watch the design evolve in real time.

Clear communication, fast turnaround, broad expertise across mediums. He’d be an asset to any team.
From the first click to files in your drive. Keep scrolling and each step opens up.
Answer a short application: your church, your team, what you produce each week and your budget. If it’s a fit, you book 15 minutes on my calendar straight away. With me, not a sales rep.
I come onto your platform. You don’t onboard onto mine. I join your project board and your cloud drive, then learn your brand: guidelines, fonts, past series and what each campus needs.
Drop requests on your board, as many as you like. Two move at a time, in the order you set. Series and events start with creative directions. We revise until it’s right, and final and source files land in your drive.

The honest version of each: what it does well, and where it breaks down for a church.
I’m not an agency. I’m not an employee. I’m not a freelancer. I’m your contracted design partner — creative direction and design, one flat rate, no headcount.

Estimates. Church design subscriptions commonly run $500–$1,000 a month. A full-time church designer runs about $5,000 a month all-in: a salary around $48,000 plus roughly 25% for payroll tax, benefits, equipment and software. Freelance costs vary widely with scope.

One identity uniting 100+ churches at Halton Arena — arena stage, promo, merch and printed invite, built in a month.

Easter was coming and the campaign wasn’t. Key art, message titles, campus-specific times and print — all off one master system, in a day.

Three complete directions with color, type and a written rationale tied to the text. The team chose before a single asset was built.
You want every series, event and campus to look like one church.
But requests pile up faster than your team can design them. Campuses start making their own graphics, Sunday art gets finished Saturday night, and your comms team never gets ahead. The message deserves better than rushed design.
I spent six years on staff at a church of 1,000+ and have designed for churches like yours ever since. Ministry Made gives you a designer and creative director for one flat monthly rate: unlimited requests, direction before design, and every file in your drive.
Here’s how it works. Apply, I join your team’s tools, and you start sending requests. Stop scrambling for Sunday. Start planning ahead.
One flat monthly rate. Running more than one campus? Most multi-campus churches need three or four active.
Two active requests at a time. Cancel anytime.
I work with a small number of churches with 1,000+ in weekly attendance, so the fit has to be real on both sides.
Three things have to be true to work together. At least 1,000 in weekly attendance, a budget of at least $2,950 a month, and a project manager — one person who owns requests and consolidates feedback. The application checks all three, so neither of us loses time on a call that was never going to work.
Because I cap how many churches I take on, and every spot matters. The application makes sure it’s a real fit before either of us spends time on a call. If it is, you’ll book a 15-minute intro call straight away.
A monthly partnership needs steady weekly work. Below about 1,000 in weekly attendance, that volume usually isn’t there, and you’d be paying for capacity you wouldn’t use. I’d rather tell you that up front.
No. Most churches I work with have a comms team, and many have a designer. I take the overflow — series, events, campus versions — so your team can stay on the work only they can do. Your project manager keeps us both in one queue.
Because the partnership only works when one person owns the requests and consolidates feedback. When ten ministry leaders each send their own notes, work stalls, feedback contradicts itself and nobody’s happy. One point of contact is what keeps it fast.
That’s what it takes to reserve real capacity for your church — two active requests, creative direction and a place in the queue that’s actually blocked out. Below that, there isn’t enough room to do the work well — and I’d rather tell you that than overpromise.
Because they’re built for volume. You’re one of hundreds of churches, the designer changes from request to request, and creative direction is thin. For some churches that’s the right fit, and I’d tell you so. This is one designer, a capped roster, and creative direction on everything — you’re paying for judgment, not just output.
A freelancer executes a brief. I bring creative direction — I’ll question the brief, bring directions with reasoning, and make sure everything still looks like one church. And I’m the same person every time, so your brand doesn’t drift.
No. Add as many as you like. They’re delivered two at a time, in the order you set. Need more moving at once? Upgrade your tier.
Three to five business days once a request is active. Bigger systems like a full series take longer. Two 24-hour rushes are included every month.
No. Month to month, cancel anytime, no notice period and no fee. It works best long term, because the payoff grows once your brand and ministries are already known.
Me. Ministry Made is me, Anthony Nuñez. Every request, every revision. I don’t outsource the design and I’m your point of contact from first message to final file.
Picture every campus on brand, Sunday art done a week early, and your team back on the work only they can do. It starts with a five-minute application. If it’s a fit, you’ll book a 15-minute call with me, not a sales rep.
